A training professional specialising in Development, Eileen has hands on experience in developing OJTs, SOPs and e-courseware development. She was the lead developer for On-Job-Training blueprints for Wildlife Reserves Singapore’s key departments. She was also involved as a developer in On-Job-Training (OJT) blueprints for Sentosa’s key frontline units and Guest Experience Department to aid in their system cutover. In addition, Eileen has experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures and Policies for Singa Management (Hotel Clover). She has also assisted and is familiar with the e-learning development, having supported the instructional designer in the design and rollout of e-learning courseware for Executive Counselling and Training Academy (ECTA), Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association (SANA), Sephora and Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS).
Eileen was with Sanmina-SCI as Product Engineer for eighteen years, which allow her to obtain In-depth knowledge and strong foundation in Printed circuit board process, PCB design and understands technical specification and drawings. Due to her strong analytical capabilities, she was also assigned as Frontline InPlan / InStack System initiator and trainer for the system usage. Being a key member who involve in regular Process Flows reviews to incorporate changes to the rules catered within Frontline InPlan System (Customized process flows for individual requirements), she develop the courseware in details to conduct trainings for new staffs, as well as introducing changes to the users.
She is certified by Singapore’s Workforce Development Agency in both WSQ ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment) and WSQ Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE). Eileen holds a Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering.
