Lee Hing is currently the Director and Master Trainer at Monochrome Learning Solutions Pte Ltd.
Lee Hing has experience in both the development and conduct of service and sales training for financial institutions and MNCs such as OCBC, UOB and eBay. She is also an experienced developer and her track records include developing competency standards for National Frameworks, WSQ coursewares, inhouse standards for the hospitality industry, including organisations such as Hotel Clover and Sentosa.
Lee Hing was a 3-star specialist and Manager of Training & Development (T&D) at Lusi Group Training Consultancy. She worked very closely with the CEO to formulate and develop key training programs for working professionals. Lee Hing’s area of expertise lies in sales training, where she has coached and guided many sales persons to achieve improved sales result. The measurement of achievement in this arena has been approximately 50 – 800% increase in direct sales revenue. A highly effective communicator, she guides participants to achieve their fullest potential by mapping out through the personal diagnostics platform the key strengths and weaknesses of participants, leading participants to overcome their weaknesses, and capitalize fully on their strengths.
In her role as Manager T&D, her scope includes putting in place proper documentation and mapping of key roles and functions of the programme so as to create standard operating procedures to support the various training courses. She was also heavily involved in the development of these key programmes right from the start; seeing it through from the initial development stage, to implementation during actual training to participants and finally to monitoring and evaluating the programme’s and tracking of participants’ positive result.
Prior to her present role, Lee Hing was a Sales Manager with Walton International, the biggest Canadian land asset management company. In this role, Lee Hing led a team of sales consultants to success by being an elite team manager (top 5% in terms of sales revenue). Her past work experience also included being an Inspector with the Singapore Police Force. Her experience as an Investigation Officer for the Central Police Division gave her exposure in dealing with all types of crisis management, especially in dealing with difficult personalities – criminals as well as complainants.
Lee Hing obtained her Degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Nanyang Technology University. She is WSQ ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment) certified by Singapore’s Workforce Development Agency and has obtained her WSQ Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE).
