Joyce is a passionate seasoned service excellence and digital media consultant. She has developed, trained and consulted more than 30 organisations on Service leadership related training with the purpose of increasing service skills, shape service mind-set and enhance internal customer service.
As life-long learner and believer, Joyce is also a certified Image Consultant internationally. She acquires aesthetic eyebrow embroidery technical skills set and owns a mobile medi-spa. She is currently taking her Masters with Nanyang Technological University in Professional Education.
Prior to associating with Monochrome, Joyce was a senior training and development manager with a F&B service company where she has conducted training needs analysis and implement training plans to improve overall service standards as well as employee development.
Her background also involved operationally with a reputable specialist clinic where she serves as a General Manager. She oversees daily operations, sales and marketing to generate leads for the company and enhance overall service standards in the medical industry.
Served as a vice-president for Association of Image Consultants International in 2015 to 2016, she drives programmes with her fellow Board Members for a good clause to the social service sector. She was also previously from Singapore Airlines in the cabin crew division working as a stewardess and a volunteer mentor for her juniors during her employment.
Joyce Chang holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design and Technology, three other Diplomas in the areas of adult continuing education, image consulting and digital media design. She is also an accredited national programme developer, trainer, and assessor for Workforce Skills Qualifications training.
Driven by her passion for increasing an organisation’s effectiveness and efficiency, Joyce conducts Training Needs Analysis(TNA) for the organisation to close the gaps in training and non-training needs. Her experiences include improving the organisation’s capacity to handle internal and external functioning and relationships. It includes enhanced interpersonal and group processes, more effective communication, increased ability to cope with customer service issues of all kinds.
With technology shaping our current economy, Joyce has developed ‘Service Over Digital Space’ for her clients. Her multimedia technical skills and combination of service excellence training has benefited organisations in providing service online and face to face media.
