The pilot team finds the training useful and relevant. In fact, some of them has started to practise what they have learned and was able to manage an agitated/angry customers more confidently.
The team loves how Irene run the course as it’s very engaging with discussion as well as the sharing of her own experiences. The little games that we played was fun too.
