From the beginning of the engagement with Monochrome, I can already see that Monochrome seeks to understand and adapt to our learning needs instead of providing a standard learning curriculum and approach. During the actual workshop run, I could see that they truly understood our needs in the manner they executed the content, and are most importantly able to flex the roles of a facilitator and an expert adroitly to handle the various scenarios and questions posed by the participants.

At the end of it all, I have really enjoyed working with Lee Hing through all our pre-workshop discussions. She is easy to work with, turns things around quickly and makes great efforts to understand where I am coming from. Last but not least, also to Lee Wei who demonstrated her depth of experience in banking to illustrate meaningful and practical examples in all the discussions and as an effect, greatly improved the understanding of all the participants.
